We, the world's people, are living increasingly sedentary lifestyles despite growing awareness of the importance of physical activity on wellbeing. We are determined to change that through design. 

One thing that we are particularly passionate about is everyday movement. While many of us think of physical activity as being time dedicated specifically to exercise or sport, science is reminding us that it’s everyday movement such as sitting actively and using the stairs that are more closely associated with improved health.
